目的 了解海军某基层部队战士自评健康状况。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷于2015-05对某海军基层部队266名战士进行问卷调查,调查方式为自填问卷调查。结果 调查对象平均(22.39±3.03)岁。138名(53.70%)认为自己健康状况好,28名(15.73%)对自己健康状况满意。146名(57.25%)总体精神状态好。有56.86%战士在调查前两周内有身体不适,6个月内24.80%战士患有慢性病。两周患病和慢性病均与总体健康状况有关(P<0.05)。结论 该部队战士自评健康状况较好,疾病影响战士的健康状况,可通过加强疾病预防、进行健康教育等方法提高总体健康水平。

Objective To find out about the self-rated health status of soldiers at the grass-roots level.Methods A total of 266 soldiers were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire in May 2015. Participants filled out the questionnaires on their own.Results The average age and the standard deviation of age of the subjects were 22.39 and 3.03 years respectively. A total of 138 soldiers (53.7%) rated their health status as good, and 28 soldiers (15.73%) were satisfied with their health status. 146 soldiers (57.25%) considered themselves mentally sound. The percentage of soldiers who felt unwell during the two weeks before the investigation was 56.86%, and 24.8% of the soldiers reported chronic diseases in the previous six months. Discomfort over the previous two weeks and chronic diseases were related to the overall health status (P<0.05).Conclusions The self-rated health status of soldiers is relatively good, and diseases have effect on their health. The overall health status of soldiers can be improved by strengthening disease prevention and health education.
