目的 统计海警出海任务常见疾病,为执行医疗伴随保障任务提供依据。方法 通过访谈调研、医疗保障日志梳理,对海警海上医疗保障情况进行分析,统计其高发疾病谱,并提出建议。结果 高发疾病种类为:上呼吸道感染(44.71%)、运动伤(15.87%)、过敏(5.77%)、咽炎(3.85%)、癣(3.85%),应针对高发病种和特殊环境做好医疗保障准备工作。结论 应结合任务类型,重视疾病预防,做好海上医疗保障准备;加强海警医疗保障理论研究,增强应急处置能力;提升卫生人员救治能力,完善统管共建派出保障机制。

Objective To find out about the type and incidence of common disease among Coast Guard crews on a voyage in order to provide reference for related missions. Methods The current level of health service for the Coast Guard at sea was analyzed via interviews, surveys and health service logs. The spectrum of prevalent diseases was described and recommendations were offered. Results The statistical results showed that the top five diseases were upper respiratory tract infections (44.71%), exercise injuries (15.87%), allergy (5.77%), pharyngitis (3.85%), and ringworm (3.85%). Health service providers had to remain ready for prevalent diseases and special environments. Conclusions It is necessary to attach importance to disease prevention and control, be prepared for health service at sea according to the types of missions, conduct more research on theories of medical support to the Coast Guard, enhance the ability to respond to emergencies, improve the competence of health care givers and provide better training for medical personnel.
