摘要

目的 探讨氧化电位水含漱对超声波牙洁治时空气中菌落数的影响。方法 选取2018-03至2018-09就诊于武警特色医学中心口腔科的患者90例,随机分为3组,分别为对照组,复方氯己定组和氧化电位水组,每组30例。超声波牙洁治前,3组患者分别用无菌蒸馏水、0.12%的复方氯己定溶液和氧化电位水含漱1 min。分别于超声波牙洁治前、洁治中、洁治后即刻及洁治后10 min,在以患者口腔为中心的半径30 cm和1 m处的位置取样,进行细菌培养,比较空气中菌落数的情况。结果 3组患者性别、年龄、每天刷牙次数、每次刷牙时间等一般资料及洁治前简化口腔卫生指数比较,无统计学差异,3组在进行超声波洁治前距患者口腔30 cm和1 m处空气中菌落数比较,均无统计学差异。洁治中、洁治后即刻、洁治后10 min距患者口腔30 cm处、1 m处空气中菌落数比较,氧化电位水组均低于对照组和复方氯己定组(P<0.05)。结论 超声波牙洁治时使用氧化电位水含漱能够有效降低空气中细菌菌落数,可以预防或降低交叉感染。

Abstract

Objective To detect the effect of gargling with electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) on the number of air colonies before ultrasonic cleaning, and to provide data for clinical use of electrolyzed oxidizing water in order to prevent or reduce cross infections. Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital between March 2018 and December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each. Before ultrasonic cleaning, the three groups of patients were gargled with sterile distilled water, 0.12% compound chlorhexidine solution and electrolyzed oxidizing water for one minute respectively. Before, during, immediately after and 10 minutes after ultrasonic cleaning, samples were taken at the radius of 30cm and 1m centered on the patient's mouth for bacterial culture, and the number of colonies in the air was compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in basic information about these patients,such as gender, age, daily brushing times and duration of brushing each time, or in the simplified oral hygiene index before cleaning (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the number of colonies in the air at the radius of 30 cm and 1 m away from the patient' oral cavity before ultrasonic cleaning (P>0.05). During cleaning, immediately after cleaning, and 10 minutes after cleaning, the number of colonies in the air 30 cm away from the patient's mouth was smaller in the oxidation potential water group than in the other two groups (P<0.05), and the number of bacteria in the air 1m away from patient' oral cavity in the oxidized water group was smaller than in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Electrolyzed oxidizing water, when used as a gargle, can effectively reduce the number of bacterial colonies in the air and prevent or reduce the occurrence of cross-infections.
