目的 探究叙事医学对特勤疗养员睡眠质量、心理状态及应对方式的影响。方法 选取2020-05至2021-04在武警烟台特勤疗养中心进行疗养的90名特勤人员,随机分为研究组及常规组,对常规组实施常规疗养干预,对研究组在常规疗养干预基础上给予叙事医学干预,比较两组疗养员睡眠质量、心理状态及应对方式。结果 干预前,两组睡眠质量、心理状态及应对方式差异均无统计学意义,干预后研究组SAS及SDS评分分别为(34.51±3.14)分及(35.35±3.05)分,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组面对、回避及屈服维度评分分别为(22.52±4.15)分、(14.62±2.14)分及(12.25±1.71)分,均高于常规组(P<0.05),研究组睡眠质量评分为(8.42±1.31)分,低于常规组的(12.74±1.42)分(P<0.05)。结论 对特勤疗养员实施叙事医学干预,有助于提高疗养员睡眠质量及应对方式,且对改善其心理状态也具有重要意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of narrative medicine on the quality of sleep, mental state and coping styles of special duty convalescents. Methods Between May 2020 and April 2021,a total of 90 special duty convalescents who were recuperating in our center were randomly divided into the study group and the routine group.The routine group received routine recuperative interventions, while the study group was additionally treated with narrative medicine. Sleep quality, mental state and coping styles were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality, mental state or coping styles between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were (34.51±3.14) and (35.35±3.05) respectively, significantly lower than those of the routine group (P<0.05), but the scores of the face, avoidance, and yield dimensions were (22.52±4.15), (14.62±2.14) and (12.25±1.71) points, respectively, which were higher than those of the routine group (P<0.05). The score of sleep quality was (8.42±1.31) points in the study group, which was lower than (12.74±1.42) points in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusions Narrative medical interventions among special duty convalescents can help improve their sleep quality and coping styles and is also of great significance for improving their mental state.
