摘要

目的 探讨Nd:YAG1064 nm皮秒激光治疗颈横纹的临床效果。方法 选取2020-12至2021-09因颈横纹治疗需求就诊于天津市眼科医院医疗美容科的10例患者,采用Nd:YAG1064 nm皮秒激光1064点阵模式对颈部进行全扫治疗2遍,共治疗3次,治疗间隔时间4周,治疗后由医师对颈纹的分级和改善进行评估,患者对满意度和不良反应进行自我评估。结果 治疗后10例颈纹均有改善, Allergan颈横纹评分由治疗前(2.80±0.79)分,下降为治疗后的(1.70±0.82)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。9例患者自我评估为满意。8例治疗中出现轻度疼痛,术后出现不同程度的红斑和瘙痒,5~7 d均消退,无其他不良反应。结论 Nd:YAG1064nm皮秒激光治疗颈横纹安全、有效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Nd:YAG1064nm picosecond laser on horizontal neck lines. Methods A total of 10 patients with horizontal neck lines were treated with picoway laser 1064 nm fractional handpiece. All patients were treated for 3 times with 4 weeks intervals. After 4 weeks of all the treatment, Allergan transverse neck lines scale, and global aesthetic improvement scale(GAIS) were evaluated by physicians, and self-assessment of satisfaction and adverse effects were also collected. Results The scores of Allergan transverse neck lines scale declined from (2.80±0.79) to (1.70±0.82) after 4 weeks of all the treatment. The results showed that horizontal neck lines were improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the patients was 90%. Adverse events included mild pain, erythema and pruritus, which subsided in a short time. Conclusions Nd:YAG1064nm picosecond laser is safe and effective in the treatment of horizontal neck lines.
