高原武警某部军事训练伤调查分析及建议

摘要

目的 探讨高原某部军事训练伤的特点及规律,并提出科学指导及建议。方法 随机选取2019-01至2022-12高原武警某部官兵9022名为调查对象,进行军事训练伤发生情况问卷调查,从基本情况、训练伤病种分类、损伤部位等方面进行综合分析。另选择2340人进行骨密度测定,探讨其影响因素。结果 共收集有效调查问卷9004份,其中发生训练伤2263例(25.13%),但呈逐年下降趋势。训练科目占比最高为400 m障碍(26.25%),致伤因素占比最高为组训不科学(36.41%),骨与关节损伤(56.78%)是最常见的损伤类型,下肢损伤(50.11%)为最主要的损伤部位。进行骨密度测定的2340人中,骨密度低下者占41.97%;多因素回归分析显示,经常运动(OR=0.645)、经常摄入奶制品(OR=0.428)是骨密度的保护因素;而长期饮酒(OR=6.551)、吸烟(OR=2.534)及经常喝碳酸饮料(OR=5.182)是骨密度的危险因素。结论 军事训练中应贯彻科学组训的原则,重点防控骨与关节损伤;同时应养成健康的生活习惯以提升骨密度,从而减少军事训练伤的发生。

Abstract

Objective To explore the characteristics and regularity of military training injuries of a certain troop on plateau,and provide scientific instruction inoptimizing related preventive measures. Methods The incidence of military training injurieswas investigated among a random sample of 9022 officers and soldiers from a certain troop on plateau from January 2019 to December 2022 using questionnaires,and a comprehensive evaluation was made from the aspects of basic information of the personnel, classification of injury types and injured parts.The bone mineral density (BMD) in 2340 recruits were also analyzed to explore the influencing factors. Results A total of 9004 valid questionnaires were collected, training injuryoccurred in 2263 cases, and the incidence of injures was 25.13%, however with a decreased year by year. The highest proportion of training subjects was 400 m obstacle(26.25%), the highest proportion of injury factors was unscientific training(36.41%), bone and joint injury (56.78%) was the most common injury type, and lower limb injury (50.11%)was the most commoninjured parts.Among 2340 subjects, 41.97% had low bone mineral density. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that regular exercise(OR=0.645)and regular intake of dairy products(OR=0.428) were protective factorsfor BMD,while Chronic alcohol consumption(OR=6.551),long-term smoking (OR=2.534)and habitual drinking of carbonated beverages(OR=5.182)were risk factors for BMD. Conclusions The principle of scientific training should be carried out in military training, focusing on the prevention and control bone and joint injuries, and at the same time,healthy living habitsshould be developed to improve bone density, so as to reduce the occurrence of military training injuries.
