目的 探讨“互联网+”延伸治疗联合运动处方对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复的疗效。方法 选取2021-01至2022-01在武警特色医学中心神经内科住院的脑梗死偏瘫患者90例,按照患者及家属意愿分为三组:运动处方组、“互联网+”延伸治疗组、联合治疗组,每组30例。对三组患者,分别于出院时、出院6个月及12个月,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和Barthel指数评价治疗效果。结果 三组患者出院时Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分无明显差异,出院6个月时,联合治疗组较其他两组评分较高,但差异无统计学意义。出院12个月时,联合治疗组患者Barthel指数为(71.17±8.48)分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分为(76.80±6.97)分,均明显高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运动处方联合“互联网+”延伸治疗可明显改善脑梗死致偏瘫患者运动功能,提高生活质量,且长期效果显著。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of “Internet +” extension therapy combined with exercise prescription on rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Characteristics Medical Center of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into three groups according to the wishes of patients and their families: exercise prescription group, “Internet +” extension treatment group, and combined treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. Fugl-Meyer Motor function score (FMA) and Barthel index were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect at discharge, 6 months, and 12 months, respectively. Results There was no significant difference in Barthel index or Fugl-Meyer motor function score among the three groups at discharge. At 6 months after discharge, the combined treatment group had a higher score than the other two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant. At 12 months after discharge, Barthel index was (71.17±8.48), and the Fugl-Meyer motor function score was (76.80±6.97), which were significantly higher than those in the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Exercise prescription combined with “Internet +” extension therapy can significantly improve the motor function and the life quality of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction, and the long-term effect is significant.
