热痉挛伴横纹肌溶解1例

摘要

中暑是高温高湿天气常见疾病之一,分为热痉挛、热衰竭、热射病。中暑能够通过多种途径导致横纹肌溶解发生。本文回顾1例中暑伴横纹肌溶解患者,通过早期识别、控制体温、保护肝肾、水化等治疗,患者转氨酶、肌酸激酶等指标逐渐降至正常,避免了多器官损伤。
