综述

超声引导下横突胸膜中点阻滞围手术期镇痛研究进展

摘要

超声引导下横突胸膜中点阻滞(MTPB)是一种较新的区域麻醉技术,通过在横突后侧胸膜和胸膜之间的中点放置局部麻醉药来实现镇痛,穿刺针位置远离胸膜,周围无重要结构,血管神经损伤风险低。临床上其镇痛效果与硬膜外及胸椎旁阻滞相当,并发症更少,广泛应用于胸部镇痛,亦被应用于腹部微创手术镇痛,效果极佳。部分学者将其应用于脊柱外科手术,镇痛效果良好。本文对相关研究进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。
