摘要

掌骨骨折(MF)是最常见的手部损伤,常发生在接触性运动中,是军事训练伤的常见类型。本文回顾性分析武警某部新兵手部损伤发生情况,为训练伤的防治提供参考。在512名新兵中,共计骨折18例,发生率为3.52%,其中MF 14例,占77.78%。MF中,第5掌骨13例(掌骨颈9例,掌骨干3例,基底部骨折1例),第4/5掌骨1例。在擒敌训练中,应掌握正确的握拳姿势、提升手部力量和稳定性、使用适当的保护装置、避免过度训练和疲劳。
