摘要

目前肠易激综合征(IBS)发病机制仍没有完全清楚,大量研究表明,肠道屏障功能受损可能是最主要的原因,可能与肠道紧密连接的破坏、神经调节紊乱及肠道微生物群失调等有关。高原地区IBS的患病率相对于平原有所增高,这可能与缺氧导致肠道屏障损伤有关,但目前关于缺氧与IBS关系的研究极少,因此,笔者从缺氧、肠道屏障与IBS之间的关系进行文献复习,为IBS的预防和治疗提供依据。
