神经外科3D外视镜的研究进展

摘要

3D外视镜是现代外科实践中的一项技术革新。虽然手术显微镜一直是首选的手术可视化工具,但手术显微镜在特定病例的适用性和人体工程学方面存在不足,而这些不足进一步促进了3D可视化设备的研发。3D外视镜适用于神经外科领域诸多手术,能够呈现更好的实时解剖结构图像,同时在人体工程学方面更为适用,明显提高了外科医师的操作舒适度。该文就神经外科3D外视镜的技术参数、优势与不足、在神经外科疾病中的临床应用进行综述。
