摘要

卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(GCT)是一种罕见的卵巢癌亚型。根据组织学和临床表现分为成人型和青少年型。其中成人型GCT(AGCT)较常见,占GCT的 95%,高发于50~55岁的绝经前后的妇女,且无成熟的治疗规范。其诊断及治疗成为临床研究的重要问题。该文通过对AGCT的诊断及治疗进展进行综述,旨在对临床诊治提供借鉴。
