维生素D与眼科疾病相关性研究进展

摘要

维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,主要在钙磷代谢调节方面发挥作用。研究发现,许多眼科疾病与血清中维生素D的水平有关。维生素D与干眼症、近视、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病性视网膜病变、白内障、青光眼等眼科多种常见疾病均有负相关,但研究结论仍有争议。本文对维生素D与眼科常见疾病的相关研究进行综述,旨在为临床研究提供依据。
