热射病合并烧伤1例

摘要

热射病是一种由于高温、高湿环境下或剧烈活动发生体温调节障碍,导致核心体温急剧升高并引发多器官功能衰竭(MODS)的严重热相关疾病。热射病与烧伤叠加发生的情况病情极其凶险且临床罕见。本文对1例热射病合并严重烧伤患者的成功救治过程进行报告,旨在对临床多学科救治提供帮助。
