目的 探讨老龄化背景下采用Kano模型健康教育模式应用于门诊老年间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者中的效果。方法 选择2023-12至2024-10南京鼓楼医院江北院区门诊收治的老年ILD患者154例,随机分为两组,各77例。对照组实施常规健康教育,研究组实施基于Kano模型的健康教育模式。比较两组干预前后6 min步行距离、呼吸困难情况、生活质量、负性情绪与护理满意度。结果 干预后,研究组6 min步行距离长于对照组,mMRC评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组HADS-A、HADS-D评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 老龄化背景下采用Kano模型健康教育模式应用于门诊老年ILD患者,可提升其运动耐力,改善呼吸困难与生活质量,缓解负性情绪。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Kano model-based health education mode in elderly outpatients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) under the background of aging. Methods A total of 154 elderly ILD patients admitted to the outpatient department of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from December 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 77 cases each. The control group received routine health education, while the research group received the Kano model-based health education mode. The 6-min walking distance, dyspnea, quality of life, negative emotions, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, the research group exhibited a longer 6-minute walking distance, lower mMRC scores (P<0.05), higher SF-36 scores across all domains (P<0.05), reduced HADS-A and HADS-D scores (P<0.05), and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusions Under aging background, the Kano model-based health education mode can improve exercise endurance, alleviates dyspnea and negative emotions, and enhances quality of life in elderly ILD outpatients.
