Research progress on extended depth of focus intraocular lenses

摘要

白内障手术已进入屈光手术时代,术后的视功能和视觉质量越来越受到患者及眼科医师的重视。单焦点人工晶状体常常无法直接为患者提供较为理想的中距离及近距离的视力,而植入多焦点人工晶状体的患者往往抱怨视觉质量不佳。焦深扩展型人工晶状体,通过光学设计的改良,将有望更好满足患者术后对裸眼视力的需求,获得较好的视觉质量。本文对此进行综述,为眼科临床使用、产品研发及上市前评价提供参考。
