MHR、NHR、SII对缺血性脑血管病预后评估的研究进展

摘要

缺血性脑血管病是全球范围内致残和致死的主要病因之一,其发病机制涉及炎症反应、脂质代谢异常及免疫调节失衡等。近年来,新型炎症标志物如单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值(MHR)、中性粒细胞/高密度脂蛋白比值(NHR)和全身免疫炎症指数(SII)在缺血性脑血管病的预测、病情严重程度及预后评估中显示出重要价值。本文综述了MHR、NHR和SII的生物学特性,以及三者与缺血性脑血管病的发生、病情严重程度与预后相关的研究进展,以期为缺血性脑血管病的预防和预后评估提供参考。
